the program is easy to follow and so much to learn. David is so passionate about his life work and his passion and enthusiasm is contagious. the daily practice is life changing. i thought i would have to do an hour a day, but truthfully a few minutes of one or two moves can make such a difference in your day. i have given some exercises to my clients and they tell me they can feel the benefit. i hope more people will find an instructor and start the journey to healing.

This is a well taught, thoughtfully presented course and I enjoyed it. With the Eight Brocades form, the repetition brought it into flow well and presented a right pace for me. I loved the simple, albeit short meditations and thought, what a great way to get CEUs, doing something that nourishes me.
