I had my kitchen cabinets painted by this business few months back and the owner Donny had said that I should use the kitchen cabinets like normal after they dried. After that if there’s anything that needs touch up or any issue I could contact him and they would come fix it for free the first time. I contacted him 2 weeks back and so far I haven’t received a reply..I then sent a message through FB messenger and it looks like they have seen my message but chose not to reply. That is very UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion. When you provide service to someone and the customer tries to contact you regarding an issue, the least you could do is reply to the message. Very disappointed in the customer service. I had recommended this business to couple of people and now I had to take it back and would not recommend considering the poor customer service.

We had the absolute best experience with Lexi and the Chi. Donny and Ashley and very prompt with their responses, super easy to communicate with. Their team members are extremely respectful while working in your house and were very thorough at cleaning afterwards. I priced several other cabinet painting services and they are by far the best bang for your buck! To top it all off- my cabinets look amazing!!!! They use top quality paint, you would never know they were even painted! I had neighbors over to show off our kitchen and shared their information with them all.
