I enrolled my child in kung fu last year and she loved it after trying the free trial class. The instructors are trust worth and really put so much work into each kid/person there. It looked so fun that i decided to join her a few months ago and love the exercise and discipline it provides. I also was very pleased about how affordable it was. It is such a great community and They have really become family. If you get a chance i would def recommend trying out a free trial class!

I've been a student in this martial arts school for almost three years now, and it was a decision I have not regretted. I applied to the adult class in October of 2018 and I contain a worthwhile experience of friendly instructors/staff, informative classes, a great community of students, and of course fun in-depth martial arts forms. There is a level-based curriculum system ranging from levels 1 -10 that introduce certain Kung Fu forms that are appropriate to its level. This system motivates students to progress as each level introduces more complicated forms that will certainly help and improve the student's mobility and self-defense. The main instructor (Sifu) owner of the Kung Fu association, offers authentic Chinese martial arts, that is quite rare to come by. I highly recommend adults and children to participate in the school.

I have been a student here for over a year. The Sifu (teacher) is wonderful and everyone is great. Lots of days and opportunities for training.
This is as much of the authentic experience as possible.
Kids and adults classes for all levels of conditioning.

Be careful of the instructor. My nephew had a few classes for about a month and afterwards he discontinued going. My mother (his grandmother) paid for the classes in cash. When I went to drop off my nephew he assured me that he had to use my credit card for gloves and shoes for my nephew. "A simple 20 dollars". He then had me sign a contract for a reoccurring payment of $285 which was the original purchase my mother already paid for in cash. In essence he got 6 months "worth" of money from my family while my nephew only went for a month. Immediately when I tried to confront him about putting down my card information, he rushed me off, said he was busy and that the charge was so minute that it wasn't worth going into details about. He is a crook and I'm sad to say I was conned. I'm hoping that people who are genuinely trying to spend their money see this. This 300 dollars is going to be extremely difficult for me to makeup but I hope this saves at least a couple people.

This is a wonderful martial arts school, especially if you are looking for a traditional authentic martial arts style. Choy Lay Fut is a traditional Chinese southern style with a rich history, where one learns traditional forms and weapons, along with fighting applications and techniques.

Sifu Li is well known and respected throughout the Kung Fu community and is very committed to his students. Practicing for over 40 years, Master Li is the real deal and his instructors are wonderful. This school is like a big family where people from all walks of life, backgrounds and ages come together to learn Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Sanshou.

One has the opportunity to compete every year at the International Chinese Martial Arts Competition, learn traditional Lion and Dragon dance, learn traditional Chinese instruments as well as compete in various other internal and local competitions which occur every other year.

For children, martial arts is a great way to learn respect, discipline, self defense, make friends and expel energy. For adults, martial arts is a great way to lose weight, learn discipline, have fun, socialize, learn self defense, focus, exercise and be healthy in mind, body, spirit.

At this school you will not only make friends, learn and have fun doing it. But it is also a cultural immersion of Chinese culture with exposure to various other cultures and people. The instructors here are committed, friendly and dedicated who want nothing more than to assist you along your journey and welcome you to the family.

Great place to learn authentic Kung Fu.The Kung Fu taught here has a long history and and direct lineage.There are kids classes which are great for learning self discipline and self defense.
