This was the first time going to Dr. Jeffery Chi.He was very knowledgeable and very glad to answer any questions I had for him. He also took the time to draw a picture of how the issues I was concern about works. This was very helpful and I took the paper home and shared it with my husband. This was a great visit. S.B

The service was excellent. The people were attentive, and of course Dr. Chi was patient. I did understand what he was saying. He was straightforward and honest and mostly when I left I felt like we had a plan which is something I’ve been missing from previous Dr visits at other places.

Dr. Chi is a very patient and informative provider.

To be very honest, I wasn’t very sure if I would like him in the beginning. It took some time for me to settle on the fact that I would have to deal with a new oncologist as a result of my last one moving away. Changing providers can be a lot. Once I gave him a chance, I was able to see him for who he was.

I appreciate the time he takes with me during my visits with him. Since 2005, I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity of having three oncologists. Dr.Chi is my third oncologist, and I can say I feel heard, seen, and my concerns taken seriously.

Doctor Chi is very intelligent! I am anemic which is why I see him. But he does not just deal with that. He makes sure to review all my other labs and components that can affect my health. He knows what he is doing and spends time understanding what your needs are! 10/10 I recommend.

Dr. Chi is nice and I felt heard and my appointments were helpful to understanding my condition. The appointment was in a clean and well maintained office with very helpful and nice staff.
