My husband was admitted to St Joes North on Van Dyke in a Tuesday. And had surgery on sat for a 99% blocked artery in neck. Was having vision loss in his left eye high blood pressure. They wanted to discharge him and do surgery outpatient. After speaking with Dr. I-Chi Liang, DO about our situation he agreed that we should have it done asap he spoke with doctors on our behalf and surgery was scheduled right away. We can not thank him enough. He really saved my husbands life I believe. I highly recommend him. We are forever grateful ? Thank you again, Rodney and Debra Lopez

Dr. Liang is an excellent physician. His personal care and attention was exceptional. I was at St. Joseph’s North being treated for a stroke and his care helped lower the stress I was feeling! His bedside manner was wonderful. He coordinated my care with other physicians and explained everything that was happening in a way that I could understand. I appreciated his attention and his caring attitude.

Dr. I-Chi Liang, MD, saved and changed my life and my loved one’s lives. I had been suffering since 2018. Everyday was a struggle and filled with horrific pain. Needless to say by the time I had been taken, for the second time, by the ambulance to the hospital, I was taken to Adventhealth in Westley chapel. That’s when things really started to change for me. I was admitted and placed in his care. After being seen by the first surgeon, whose opinion was devastating, I had lost all faith and hope.
When Dr. I-Chi Liang, had returned to see me in all that pain, still and no relief, was still very concern for my well being, he fought for me to speak to a second surgeon and get a second opinion. He knew I couldn’t leave the hospital in the condition I was in. He knew I needed surgery. He jumped right in to get the situation handled in a caring and heart filled way. He gave me back my faith and hope right in that moment. He didn’t dismiss me or act like what I was suffering through was a joke. I got that second opinion, I had my surgery. I’m on a path of healing and being fully functional. All because Dr. I-Chi Liang, fought for what he knew was needed. I can’t thank him enough. He’s my hero and I will forever have him in my heart. Truly an amazing, kind, and rare human being. My family and I are forever in his debts. Thank you thank you Dr. I-Chi Liang, for being you and being such an amazing doctor! Please don’t ever change!

During my stay at Advent Health hospital Wesley Chapel Dr. Liang was very good about coordinating care & explaining diagnoses in my case. He has a good bedside manner & answered any questions I had. He is very thorough & experienced. He made my difficult stay easier by going over everything & expediting my release when the time came. Thank you for your professionalism & kindness.

Dr I-Chi Liang is by far the best hospitalist I have ever encountered.I have had many major surgeries including open heart. Dr I-Chi would check on me ,explained everything, answered questions in detail and was both friendly and professional. Usually the hospitalist is just anxious to get you out of hospital and they are cold and inpersonal. As Anxious as I was to go home Dr I-Chi Liang explained everything and why I could not.This man should be in private practice with his awesome personality and bedside manner.! Thank you Dr. Your PIA patient Brenda Ryder. Glad to beat home in time for Kentucky Derby! And I dont want to go back 🙂

Dr. Liang coordinated my care during a four night stay at Advent Health Wesley Chapel. He was very helpful in coordinating all of the various subspecialties that were involved with diagnosing my condition and ruling out possibilities. But most importantly, he had a very kind bedside manner and helped convey complex medical information in a caring way. We were very grateful for his help.

Dr Liang was responsible for coordinating all of the doctors in my case. He worked hard and well to supervise my care at the hospital and understood, with my case, the efficiency I desired for the course of my care and swiftly, per my wishes got me discharged in a timely manner.
