From the moment she came of the tele health visit Dr Chi, was attentive and thorough. She listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions. Really like her warmth and genuine show of concern. I highly recommend this facility and Dr Chi.

Dr. Chi is absolutely amazing!! She has helped me tremendously. She always has a positive attitude and gives you true hope that she will find a solution to your problems. I highly recommend her if you have any neuro issues. Also the staff at the practice are very friendly which makes for an overall good experience. If you have any issues you are always able to talk with the nurse and she will relay all information and concerns.

Dr. Chi is a fabulous neurologist! She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and compassionate. Dr. Chi's entire staff is, also, very personable and caring, as well as very efficient. I am so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Chi, and her wonderful staff!

Doctor Chi was nice. When I followed up to report some problems with the medication she gave me I dealt with the most horrific receptionist that I ever encountered. I tried to call the office for a week and a half and she kept telling me someone will get back to me in 48 hours. No one ever got back to me except finally that same nasty receptionist, when I told her I really needed to speak to a nurse or a medical assistant she got very nasty and said she was going to hang up on me if I “. “continue with that attitude” and then she did! That receptionist gets paid to help people and if someone calls and she doesn’t like what they’re saying, she does not have the right to just slam the phone down . And consider the fact that she’s dealing with people who had strokes and who have aneurysms, but obviously she doesn’t care, and the practice does not care that she doesn’t care. Now how can I ever go back to that office? I’m certainly not going to make an appointment with that receptionist again. Is it Dr Chi‘s fault? Well, yes, doctors are responsible for the people that work at their practice and this particular person was horrific. If the doctor called me and told me she fired the receptionist and asked me to come back. I might consider it. But basically she can thank this receptionist for getting her one star on Google .

The staff is very transactional. Doesn’t feel like a medical facility at all. I’m looking elsewhere. Dont go here. They don’t care about you. I’d rather go somewhere that I feel like cares about me in case I were to have a real medical emergency like a stroke and im following up from the hospital or something…. I don’t want to end up having a receptionist answer the phone like the one that they have that does not care . She acts like she’s answering phones for the cable company or Florida Power & Light . LISTEN TO ME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
