I signed up for several courses and found each one informative and relative. I was most impressed by the customer service. I unexpectedly missed a live webinar I had signed up. I sent an email asking if there was a recorded version of the training or a way to receive a credit to sign up for another course. I received a response in a very timely manner providing me with a promo code to sign up for another course. It speaks volumes about a company that allows for this type of unplanned absence and makes accommodations for life’s unexpectedness. Thank you so much for the understanding and providing access to quality trainings.

I have been taking all of the Mindfulness Clinical Courses with Michael, who began CHI Professional Development. The courses are excellent in quality, including information, presentation, and facilitation of group questions and dynamics. I earn continuing education requirement credits here for my social work license. Online learning has been approved at a greater level since the global pandemic. CHI has a broad range of courses that are applicable to any practice area. The website is easy to negotiate for registration, questions, payment, and certificates. The only concerns are that a fair percentage of the classes are talking head presentations--transfer of knowledge rather than constructivism--despite being live and online. I attended one that used the breakout room feature for collaboration between participants, and this was very helpful but continues to be rare. Also, bibliographic references are not always provided. No posttest is required--hmmmm, not sure how to rate that feature. Nonetheless, I do recommend CHI for purposes of completing continuing education requirements and in many cases, for learning.

I had a phenomenal experience with Chi Professional Development. Communication was consistent and professional. Michael is amazing at responding to messages in a reasonable amount of time. I was unable to register initially because the training was sold out, but Michael advocated strongly for those of us who wanted to join, and made it happen. I would recommend their trainings to anyone.

I was required to take the class for a teaching position. It was great because I was able to take the course online and it was reasonably priced. It was very easy to navigate through the system. The course was six hours but it was informative. I was on a tight deadline so I reached out to Micheal to ask him to expedite my completion of the DASA class to my TEACH account. He was so nice and helpful and he got it done asap. I would definitely recommend!
