I showed exactly what I wanted (the first photo) and the guy Peter said he could do it…. To say that I DID NOT get that is an understatement. I also had acrylic alll over. My skin is also itchy. :(. He tried to use oil to get it off my skin but it wouldn’t come off. So sad. I’m stuck with these now and paid. My nails on some aren’t to the cuticle, some are rough, bumpy and others uneven. It’s rough. I wouldn’t suggest HIM. Others there maybe great.

So lucky I wasn't the one to go in with my siblings, if I had seen or experienced what they experienced, I would've been so pissed and caused a scene, y'all didn't have any right charging money for what my little sister experienced. Both my sisters got gel manicures, one was relatively fine, the other had her cuticles nipped so close you can see the bleeding. The gel was put on way thick so it settled thicker on one side than the other, y'all dremeled her nail beds so thin she was concerned you'd go through her nail, and the curing burned her. It took a total of 3 nail techs to rush finish/fix her set? And they still look terrible. If it's beyond someone's skillset, you should know when to stop and refund, don't continue and cause further damage.... And then have the audacity to still charge.

I just had my nails done and they came out beautiful! The salon is very clean and everyone was very friendly. Chi Chi did nail art for me that came out really cute. I’m very picky about my nails and I’m coming back!

Asked for Coffin Shaped Matte Nails, Medium Length.

This is what I received from the owner, Chi Chi. I am very displeased.
My cuticles weren't pushed back, or were the dead cuticles trimmed.
Some if not most of the nails were not even covered edge to edge with acrylic, as seen in photo on my left thumb, especially.

I want them re done correctly, or a refund. Which I don't think I will receive. Won't be back.

I have visited Chi Chi’s about a dozen times and I’ve generally had a good experience. The shop is very clean and everyone is very nice! Today I had an appointment for a pedicure at 5:15 followed by dip powder at 6:00. The pedicure was such a disappointment as the man who did it completely rushed through the service. I recorded the foot and leg “massage” and the duration of this lasted 29 seconds! In total, the pedicure was less than 30 minutes despite being a 45 minute scheduled service. The photo shows the toenail polish was applied sloppy and overall I am very dissatisfied with my pedicure.

My fingernails started around 6:15 and I am partially satisfied. The shape and length of my nails are exactly what I asked for! As you can see in the photo, there is dip powder stuck to my skin around my fingernails as well as on the back of my fingers. I have gotten dark shades of dip powder before and I’ve never experienced staining on the skin around my fingernails from dipping them into the pot. Chi Chi noticed the powder on my fingers and haphazardly attempted to remove it before she gave up and sent me on my way.

I feel like these are careless mistakes and caused by rushing.

I love Chi Chi's and have been a customer there for over a year. Chi Chi is so sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your services. Highly recommend for nail dip and gel pedicure! Thank you Chi Chi for doing an amazing job and being so kind!!

The salon is very clean... sometimes I find a language barrier but not today Lily did my nails. She was super friendly. Talked to me often during my pedicure and did a fabulous job. When I came into the salon much to my surprise, she gave me a big hug and said that she remembered my face and knew Remembered my name and she hasn't done my nails in years. Also, the person that Takes your appointments You will have no problem with any communication errors.
